A full time position exists for a well presented person with great communication skills to work as an administrator / receptionist within a small team in a busy inner city Real Estate office.

The successful candidate will ideally possess previous experience in real estate reception and/or office administration and Console Cloud Accounting along with enthusiastic and helpful nature, great customer service & communication skills and a pro-active attitude towards the job.

The advertised position will cover the following duties:
* Answering incoming calls and general client enquiries and/or directing calls to staff members;
* Assisting Sales and Property Management Departments as required;
* Replying to rental enquiries and setting up inspection appointments for properties advertised fr rent as advised by the Property Management team.
* General reception and administration duties;
* Trust accounting for residential and commercial properties through Console Cloud – invoicing tenants, rent receipting, all payments to and from trust accounts including mid and end of month disbursements.
